The Starhotel Du Parc was born by renovating the historic building, known as The Ice Factory, which is recognized by the Department of Fine Arts, build in 1919 and operated as such until 1980. A significant example of Industrial archeology in one of Italy's most dynamic cities, Starhotel Du Parc is located in the heart of Parma and connected to the Parco Ducale by the brand new cast iron Deco Bridge. The spacious and light-filled interiors decorated in a Liberty Style, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, suitable for both business and leisure travellers. The restaurants, Canova and Aiglon, intimate and elegant, offers both the opportunity for a working lunch or a romantic dinner, with a menu of both International cuisine as well as traditional recipes filled with the flavor of Parma.
